Please read our policy on refunds and cancellations carefully before upgrading to any premium plan or purchasing membership packages:
1. Membership Upgrades
All subscription plans, premium service packages, and membership upgrades purchased on Aple Nate are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is captured, the premium account benefits are credited instantly, and the service is deemed rendered.
2. Non-Refundable Nature
Since our services are digital in nature (providing direct candidate connection limit access, profile prioritizations, and unrestricted chat flow benefits), we cannot offer any money-back guarantees, cancellations, or partial refunds for the period of your active plan validity.
3. Incorrect Charges
In case of duplicate transaction charges or technical billing errors where the payment was debited from your card but the plan upgrade was not successfully applied, please email our support team immediately at info@aplenate.com with your transaction ID details. We will investigate the payment log and credit your plan manually or initiate a reverse refund within 5 to 7 working days.
